Grace, mercy, forgiveness and steadfast love are the attributes of God continually communicated throughout our life; we begin grasping them intellectually, but then the Lord expounds them powerfully, step by step, deeply ingraining their meaning on our very heart through all the twists and turns of life; the further on we go, the more we see our dire need of them.
