Amen Brother! The greatest miracle is a regenerate soul. Almost everyone gets sentimental this time of the year and forget about it the rest of the time. If we can’t be serious about it every day of our lives, then for goodness sake, let’s stop playing the game. The early church didn’t get exited just once a year; they proclaimed Christ crucified and risen again wherever they went. No wonder there’s hardly any evidence of power and conviction in our churches. The Church hardly convinces the world because it’s not convinced itself hardly nowadays. If it was, we would see a great deal more boldness instead of being embarrassed and trying to make Jesus look ‘cool’ to attract the world. ‘Proclaim Him’. We haven’t got to defend Him. As one of the Puritans said, “Let the Lion loose…” The very power of God unto salvation.
